South Dakota High School Volleyball - Leola/Frederick can't hold off Lemmon
September 17, 2022: Lemmon, SD 57638 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Lemmon Cowboys volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Leola/Frederick Titans.
The Cowboys (7-4) will now prepare for their battle against Langford (Langford, SD). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 6-6 record. In their last battle, Langford was edged by North Central (Eureka, SD), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Titans encounter the Northwestern Area Wildcats (Mellette, SD) in a B Region 1 battle, on Tuesday, September 20. Leola/Frederick will attempt to advance on its 7-11 season record. The Wildcats come into the battle with a 11-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Elk Point-Jefferson (Elk Point, SD).
