With the win, Sardis upgrades its record to 3-4 on the year. The Lions travel to West End (Walnut Grove, AL) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Monday, September 19. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 0-2.
The Panthers now own a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Madison County for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 17. Woodville will play a Tigers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to West Morgan (Trinity, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 17-11.
