September 17, 2024: Hoopeston, IL 60942 In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Salt Fork Storm volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Hoopeston Cornjerkers.
The Storm (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Chrisman (Chrisman, IL). The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Chrisman beat Iroquois West (Gilman, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Cornjerkers meet the Urbana University Illineks (Urbana, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Hoopeston will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Illineks come into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 2-0 league loss to Calvary Christian Academy (Normal, IL).
