North Carolina High School Soccer - Wheatmore toppled by Trinity
September 17, 2024: Trinity, NC 27370 Trinity Bulldogs (Trinity, NC) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC), 4-0 in a league test.
With the triumph, Trinity moves its record to 7-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Southwestern Randolph (Asheboro, NC) to clash with the Cougars in a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A test on Wednesday, September 18. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 8-0. Southwestern Randolph won 8-0 in their recent non-league test against East Davidson (Thomasville, NC)
The Warriors now sport a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Randleman for a Piedmont Athletic 1A/2A test on Wednesday, September 18. Wheatmore will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 3-6.
