Oklahoma High School Softball - Porum bounces Keota
September 17, 2024: Porum, OK 74455 The Porum Panthers softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting Keota Lions to 5 in the Panthers league win on Tuesday.
The Panthers now possess a 18-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Preston for a 2A battle on Thursday, September 19. Porum will confront a Pirates team coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Stroud (Stroud, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 25-3.
With the loss, Keota moves to 10-6 on the season. The Lions travel to Gans (Gans, OK) to confront the Grizzlies in a Class A battle on Thursday, September 26. The Grizzlies come into the battle with a record of 9-14.
