California High School Volleyball - Schurr over Alhambra
September 17, 2024: Montebello, CA 90640 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Schurr Spartans (Montebello, CA) and the visiting Alhambra Moors (Alhambra, CA), observed Schurr's volleyball team top Alhambra by a count of 3-1.
The Spartans (10-12) will now prepare for their contest against Bell Gardens (Bell Gardens, CA). The Lancers enter the Almont contest with a 8-11 record. In their last contest, Bell Gardens was knocked off by San Gabriel (San Gabriel, CA), 3-1, in a league contest.
Next, the Moors battle the Montebello Oilers (Montebello, CA) in a Almont contest, on Thursday, September 19. Alhambra will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Oilers enter the contest with a 0-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA).
