September 17, 2024: Clovis, NM 88101 Fans at Tuesday's non-league contest between the Melrose Buffaloes (Melrose, NM) and the host Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM), observed Melrose's volleyball team hold off Clovis by a tally of 3-2.
The Buffaloes (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Santa Rosa (Santa Rosa, NM). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Santa Rosa got by Menaul (Albuquerque, NM), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
With the loss, Clovis drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Lovington (Lovington, NM) to clash with the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 19. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 0-9. Lovington lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM)
