In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Muscle Shoals Trojans volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Decatur Red Raiders.

The Trojans (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Athens (Athens, AL). The Golden Eagles enter the 6A Area 15 challenge with a 15-8 record.

Next, the Red Raiders meet the Madison Academy Mustangs (Madison, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Decatur will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a 11-15 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Athens (Athens, AL).
