September 17, 2025: Sandusky, OH 44870 The Vermilion Sailors (Vermilion, OH) soccer overwhelmed the host Sandusky Blue Streaks (Sandusky, OH), 7-2 in Wednesday's league challenge.
The Sailors now hold a 8-4 record. They play next when they travel to Fairview for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 20. Vermilion will face a Warriors team coming off a 5-0 league win over Independence (Independence, OH). The Warriors record now stands at 3-3.
The Blue Streaks (1-10) will now prepare for their contest against Columbian (Tiffin, OH). The Tornadoes enter the Sandusky Bay contest with a 1-10 record. In their last contest, Columbian was overwhelmed by Norwalk (Norwalk, OH), 4-0, in a league challenge.
