Delaware High School Volleyball - DuPont overwhelmed by Mount Pleasant
September 17, 2025: Wilmington, DE 19809 The Mount Pleasant Green Knights topped the visiting DuPont Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Green Knights confront the William Penn Colonials (New Castle, DE) in a Blue Hen - Flight A outing, on Friday, September 19. Mount Pleasant will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Colonials come into the outing with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Appoquinimink (West Middletown, DE).
With the loss, DuPont drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Glasgow (Newark, DE) to play the Dragons in a Blue Hen - Flight B outing on Friday, September 19. The Dragons enter the game with a record of 0-5. Glasgow lost 3-0 in their recent league game against Concord (Wilmington, DE)
