North Carolina High School Volleyball - Gray's Creek over Harnett Central
September 17, 2025: Hope Mills, NC 28348 In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Gray's Creek Bears volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Harnett Central Trojans.
The Bears (12-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC). The Rams come into the Tri-County 6A/7A challenge with a 6-9 record. In their last challenge, Purnell Swett lost by Scotland (Laurinburg, NC), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Trojans face the South Johnston Trojans (Four Oaks, NC) in a Carolina Pines 6A test, on Thursday, September 18. Harnett Central will attempt to advance on its 12-3 season record. The Trojans go into the test with a 6-7 record after their 3-2 league loss to West Johnston (Benson, NC).
