Ohio High School Soccer - Northwestern nudges Greeneview
September 18, 2021: Springfield, OH 45502 Northwestern Warriors (Springfield, OH) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Greeneview Rams (Jamestown, OH), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors confront the Graham Local Falcons (St. Paris, OH) in a Central Buckeye - Mad River challenge, on Monday, September 20. Northwestern will attempt to better on its 5-0 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 6-2 league win over Indian Lake (Lewistown, OH).
The Rams now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Catholic Central for a Ohio Heritage South challenge on Thursday, September 23. Greeneview will confront a Irish team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over West Carrollton (West Carrollton, OH). The Irish record now stands at 2-3.
