California High School Volleyball - El Segundo can't hold off Orange Lutheran
September 18, 2021: El Segundo, CA 90245 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Orange Lutheran Lancers volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the El Segundo Eagles.
The Lancers (13-5) will now prepare for their battle against JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Lions come into the Trinity battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, JSerra Catholic nudged Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Eagles encounter the Lawndale Cardinals (Lawndale, CA) in a Pioneer battle, on Tuesday, September 21. El Segundo will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Cardinals come into the battle with a 6-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to West (Torrance, CA).
