California High School Volleyball - Orange Lutheran tips Torrance
September 18, 2021: Torrance, CA 90501 The Orange Lutheran Lancers (Orange, CA) volleyball nudged the host Torrance Tartars (Torrance, CA), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, Orange Lutheran upgrades its record to 13-5 on the year. The Lancers travel to JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA) to face the Lions in a Trinity outing on Thursday, September 23. The Lions go into the outing with a record of 8-2. JSerra Catholic won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Rosary Academy (Fullerton, CA)
The Tartars now own a 13-2 record. They play next when they travel to South for a Pioneer outing on Tuesday, September 21. Torrance will face a Spartans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, UT). The Spartans record now stands at 14-4.
