September 18, 2022: Minooka, IL 60447 Stagg Chargers (Palos Hills, IL) fans were thrilled Sunday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Chargers confront the Lincoln-Way East Griffins (Frankfort, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 20. Stagg will attempt to better on its 11-1 season record. The Griffins enter the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 5-2 non-league loss to Aurora East (Aurora, IL).
The Indians now have a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they host Joliet West for a Suburban Prairie challenge on Tuesday, September 20. Minooka will confront a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Brother Rice (Chicago, IL). The Tigers record now stands at 9-3.
