North Carolina High School Volleyball - Cox Mill edged by Hough
September 18, 2023: Concord, NC 28027 The Hough Huskies held off the host Cox Mill Chargers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Huskies now have a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hopewell for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 19. Hough will confront a Titans team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC). The Titans record now stands at 9-3.
The Chargers (5-6) will now prepare for their test against South Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, South Iredell was nudged by Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
