September 18, 2023: Wytheville, VA 24382 George Wythe Maroons (Wytheville, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Graham G-Men (Bluefield, VA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Maroons clash with the Auburn Eagles (Riner, VA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 21. George Wythe will attempt to advance on its 6-1 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 4-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Eastern Montgomery (Elliston, VA).
With the loss, Graham drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The G-men host Richlands (Richlands, VA) to clash with the Blue Tornado in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 19.
