New York High School Soccer - Susquehanna Valley knocks off Sidney
September 18, 2023: Conklin, NY 13748 Susquehanna Valley Sabers (Conklin, NY) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Sidney Team (Sidney, NY), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Sabers confront the Oneonta Yellowjackets (Oneonta, NY) in a Southern Tier Athletic Conference (STAC) challenge, on Thursday, September 21. Susquehanna Valley will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 3-0 league win over Windsor Central (Windsor, NY).
The Team now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oxford Academy for a Midstate Athletic Conference challenge on Friday, September 22. Sidney will confront a Blackhawks team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Milford Central (Milford, NY). The Blackhawks record now stands at 0-1.
