North Carolina High School Volleyball - West Rowan over East Rowan

September 18, 2023: Salisbury, NC 28146

The crowd at Monday's league bout between the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) and the host East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC), saw West Rowan's volleyball squad beat East Rowan by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, West Rowan upgrades its record to 9-5 on the year. The Falcons host Robinson (Concord, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a South Piedmont 3A bout on Wednesday, September 20. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Robinson lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against South Rowan (China Grove, NC)

The Mustangs now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Central Cabarrus for a South Piedmont 3A bout on Thursday, September 21. East Rowan will play a Vikings squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Concord (Concord, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 6-7.
