September 18, 2023: Marks, MS 38646 The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Shaw Warriors (Shaw, MS) and the host Palmer Dragons (Marks, MS), saw Shaw's volleyball squad beat Palmer by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Shaw upgrades its record to 1-8 on the year. The Warriors travel to West Bolivar (Rosedale, MS) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, September 25. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 10-1.
The Dragons now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Ingomar for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. Palmer will play a Falcons squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Corinth (Corinth, MS). The Falcons record now stands at 23-3.
