September 18, 2023: Bear Creek, AL 35543 The Shoals Christian Flame volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Phillips Bears to 0 in the Flame non-league victory on Monday.
The Flame now possess a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Phil Campbell for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 19. Shoals Christian will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 3-2 league win over Colbert County (Leighton, AL). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-11.
The Bears (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Belgreen (Russellville, AL). The Bulldogs enter the 1A Area 14 game with a 19-8 record. In their last game, Belgreen defeated Hackleburg (Hackleburg, AL), 3-0, in a league game.
