September 18, 2024: Millburn, NJ 07041 Montclair Mounties (Montclair, NJ) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Millburn Millers (Millburn, NJ), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Montclair moves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Mounties travel to Columbia (Maplewood, NJ) to meet the Cougars in a Super Essex - American test on Saturday, September 21. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-1. Columbia won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Glen Ridge (Glen Ridge, NJ)
The Millers now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glen Ridge for a non-league test on Friday, September 20. Millburn will meet a Ridgers team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Columbia (Maplewood, NJ). The Ridgers record now stands at 2-2.
