September 18, 2024: Blaine, WA 98230 The Blaine Borderites (Blaine, WA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Orcas Island Vikings (Eastsound, WA), 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Borderites now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Lynden Christian for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest bout on Thursday, September 19. Blaine will clash with a Lyncs team coming off a 3-0 league win over Bellingham (Bellingham, WA). The Lyncs record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Orcas Island drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Northwest Christian (Lacey, WA) to clash with the Wolverines in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 21. The Wolverines come into the bout with a record of 2-2. Northwest Christian won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Forest Ridge Sacred Heart (Bellevue, WA)
