Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host West Davidson Dragons (Lexington, NC), 34-20 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Mount Pleasant improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Tigers host Forest Hills (Marshville, NC) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 2. The Yellow Jackets come into the test with a record of 3-1.

With the defeat, West Davidson drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Ledford (Thomasville, NC) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Thursday, September 25. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-2. Ledford lost 32-16 in their recent non-league test against Central Davidson (Lexington, NC)
