Illinois High School Soccer - Vernon Hills knocks off Maine East
September 18, 2025: Park Ridge, IL 60068 In Thursday's non-league outing, the visiting Vernon Hills Cougars soccer squad scored a nice 10-0 win over the Maine East Blue Demons.
The Cougars (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Northridge (Niles, IL). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 4-1 record.
The Blue Demons now sport a 3-4 record. They take the field next when they host Elgin for a non-league test on Saturday, September 20.
