September 18, 2025: Plantation, FL 33325 American Heritage Patriots (Plantation, FL) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mater Academy Charter Lions (Hialeah Gardens, FL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, American Heritage improves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Patriots travel to Hialeah Educational Academy (Hialeah, FL) to meet the Biggie in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 24. The Biggie enter the challenge with a record of 10-6. Hialeah Educational Academy lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Mater Brickell Academy (Miami, FL)
Next, the Lions meet the Somerset Academy Panthers (Pembroke Pines, FL) in a test, on Thursday, October 2. Mater Academy Charter will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
