September 18, 2025: Broadway, VA 22815 The Broadway Gobblers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Turner Ashby Knights to 0 in the Gobblers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Gobblers now have a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stuarts Draft for a non-league game on Monday, September 22. Broadway will confront a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 6-1.
The Knights (1-6) will now prepare for their outing against East Rockingham (Elkton, VA). The Eagles come into the non-league outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, East Rockingham was topped by Madison County (Madison, VA), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
