The First Flight Nighthawks (Kill Devil Hills, NC) volleyball overcame the visiting Pasquotank County Panthers (Elizabeth City, NC), 2-0 in Thursday's league contest.

The Nighthawks (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Hertford County (Ahoskie, NC). The Bears enter the contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Hertford County was knocked off by Currituck County (Barco, NC), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
