September 18, 2025: Morton, MS 39117 The Morton Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Southeast Lauderdale Tigers to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Panthers now have a 6-0 record. They play next when they host Forest for a non-league outing on Monday, September 22. Morton will play a Bearcats team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Richland (Richland, MS). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Southeast Lauderdale drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Pisgah (Sandhill, MS) to play the Dragons in a non-league game on Tuesday, September 23. The Dragons go into the game with a record of 2-2.
