September 18, 2025: Santa Teresa, NM 88021 Santa Teresa Desert Warriors (Santa Teresa, NM) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Centennial Hawks (Las Cruces, NM), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Santa Teresa moves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Desert Warriors host Valencia (Los Lunas, NM) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 27. The Jaguars go into the outing with a record of 4-5.
Next up, the Hawks confront the Eldorado Golden Eagles (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, September 20. Centennial will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the outing with a 5-3 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM).
