September 18, 2025: The Plains, VA 20198 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Fredericksburg Academy Falcons (Fredericksburg, VA) and the host Wakefield School Fighting Owls (The Plains, VA), saw Fredericksburg Academy's soccer squad triumph over Wakefield School by a count of 6-1.
The Falcons (5-1) will now prepare for their battle against Immanuel Christian (Springfield, VA). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Immanuel Christian was overwhelmed by Trinity Christian (Fairfax, VA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next up, the Fighting Owls battle the Quantico Warriors (Quantico, VA) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 23. Wakefield School will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Warriors come into the match with a 0-3 record after their 8-0 league loss to Highland (Warrenton, VA).
