September 18, 2025: Andover, OH 44003 The Grand Valley Mustangs soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Pymatuning Valley Lakers to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Thursday.
The Mustangs now possess a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Bristol for a Northeastern bout on Tuesday, September 23. Grand Valley will play a Panthers squad coming off a 5-2 league loss to Badger (Kinsman, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 9-2.
With the loss, Pymatuning Valley moves to 2-5 on the year. The Lakers host Mathews (Vienna, OH) to play the Mustangs in a Northeastern bout on Monday, September 22. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 0-8. Mathews lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Liberty (Youngstown, OH)
