The Roeper Roughriders soccer squad scored 2 points and held the visiting Oakland Christian Lancers to 1 in the Roughriders league victory on Thursday.

Next, the Roughriders clash with the Lutheran Northwest Crusaders (Rochester Hills, MI) in a Michigan Independent - Blue game, on Monday, September 22. Roeper will attempt to advance on its 10-2 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 4-2 league loss to Inter-City Baptist (Allen Park, MI).
