September 18, 2025: Fayetteville, GA 30215 The Starr's Mill Panthers (Fayetteville, GA) softball routed the visiting Mundy's Mill Tigers (Jonesboro, GA), 17-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Panthers now sport a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central for a 4A Region 3 outing on Tuesday, September 23. Starr's Mill will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Jonesboro (Jonesboro, GA). The Lions record now stands at 15-5.
The Tigers (5-9) will now prepare for their test against Washington (Atlanta, GA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Washington was routed by KIPP Atlanta Collegiate (Atlanta, GA), 8-0, in a league test.
