September 18, 2025: Owingsville, KY 40360 In Thursday's league bout, the Rowan County Vikings (Morehead, KY) volleyball team knocked off the host Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY), by a margin of 3-0.
The Vikings now possess a 13-2 record. They play next when they host Sayre for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 20. Rowan County will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Bourbon County (Paris, KY). The Spartans record now stands at 12-2.
With the loss, Bath County drops to 1-9 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Frankfort Christian Academy (Frankfort, KY) to clash with the Royals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 23. The Royals enter the contest with a record of 1-8.
