September 18, 2025: Bluford, IL 62814 Webber Trojans (Bluford, IL) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Christopher Bearcats (Christopher, IL), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Webber advances its record to 5-4 on the season. The Trojans host Meridian (Mounds, IL) to face the Bobcats in a non-league test on Monday, September 22. The Bobcats go into the test with a record of 2-5. Meridian lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Marion (Marion, IL)
The Bearcats now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carmi-White County for a non-league test on Monday, September 22. Christopher will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Hamilton County (McLeansboro, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 19-2.
