Louisiana High School Volleyball - New Iberia overwhelmed by Covenant Christian Academy
September 18, 2025: Houma, LA 70364 The Covenant Christian Academy Lions topped the visiting New Iberia Yellowjackets volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Lions confront the East Jefferson Warriors (Metairie, LA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, September 23. Covenant Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Warriors go into the game with a 5-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA).
The Yellowjackets (2-10) will now prepare for their game against Highland Baptist Christian (New Iberia, LA). The Bears go into the non-league game with a 6-5 record. In their last game, Highland Baptist Christian defeated Carencro (Lafayette, LA), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
