Utah High School Volleyball - Hurricane Desert Hills

The Desert Hills Thunder topped the host Hurricane Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Thursday's league outing.

The Thunder now have a 13-4 record. They play next when they host Cedar for a 4A Region 9 outing on Tuesday, September 23. Desert Hills will play a Reds team coming off a 3-2 league win over Pine View (St. George, UT). The Reds record now stands at 11-8.

With the loss, Hurricane drops to 8-10 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Alta (Sandy, UT) to play the Hawks in a non-league outing on Friday, September 19. The Hawks come into the outing with a record of 8-8. Alta won 3-1 in their recent league outing against Viewmont (Bountiful, UT)
