In Thursday's league match, the Salem Witches (Salem, MA) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Gloucester Fishermen (Gloucester, MA), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Witches confront the Peabody Veterans Memorial Tanners (Peabody, MA) in a Northeast match, on Tuesday, September 23. Salem will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Tanners enter the match with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Lynn Classical (Lynn, MA).
