South Dakota High School Volleyball - Great Plains Lutheran over Waubay/Summit
September 18, 2025: Watertown, SD 57201 In Thursday's non-league test, the host Great Plains Lutheran Panthers volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the Waubay/Summit Mustangs.
With the win, Great Plains Lutheran improves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Panthers host Elkton/Lake Benton (Elkton, SD) to face the Elks in a A Region 2 test on Monday, September 22. The Elks go into the test with a record of 4-8. Elkton/Lake Benton lost 3-1 in their recent non-league test against DeSmet (DeSmet, SD)
The Mustangs now own a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Aberdeen Christian for a B Region 1 test on Tuesday, September 23. Waubay/Summit will face a Knights squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Wolsey-Wessington (Wolsey, SD). The Knights record now stands at 3-4.
