September 18, 2025: Sitka, AK 99835 In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Kenai Central Kardinals volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Mt. Edgecumbe Braves.
The Kardinals (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Kotzebue (Kotzebue, AK). The Huskies enter the non-league challenge with a 3-5 record. In their last challenge, Kotzebue was beaten by Nome-Beltz (Nome, AK), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Braves meet the Kotzebue Huskies (Kotzebue, AK) in a non-league test, on Friday, September 19. Mt. Edgecumbe will attempt to improve on its 6-11 season record. The Huskies go into the test with a 3-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Nome-Beltz (Nome, AK).
