California High School Volleyball - Mills over Westmoor

Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Mills Vikings (Millbrae, CA) and the visiting Westmoor Rams (Daly City, CA), observed Mills's volleyball team top Westmoor by a count of 3-1.

With the win, Mills improves its record to 7-9 on the season. The Vikings travel to Menlo School (Atherton, CA) to encounter the Knights in a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. The Knights go into the test with a record of 2-9. Menlo School won 3-0 in their recent league test against Mercy (Burlingame, CA)

The Rams now have a 2-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to South San Francisco for a Peninsula - Ocean challenge on Tuesday, September 23. Westmoor will meet a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-10.
