September 18, 2025: Sandston, VA 23150 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the West End Christian Crusaders (Hopewell, VA) and the host New Bridge Academy Crusaders (Sandston, VA), saw West End Christian's volleyball squad notch a victory over New Bridge Academy by a score of 3-0.
With the win, West End Christian improves its record to 4-2 on the season. The Crusaders host Guardian Christian Academy (Chesterfield, VA) to encounter the Royal Knights in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 25. The Royal Knights go into the battle with a record of 5-5. Guardian Christian Academy won 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Millwood (Midlothian, VA)
Next, the Crusaders meet the Spirit HomeSchool Warhawks (Richmond, VA) in a VHSAA challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. New Bridge Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Warhawks enter the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Summit Christian Academy (Yorktown, VA).
