California High School Volleyball - Valley Christian over Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory

September 18, 2025: San Jose, CA 95111

In Thursday's league challenge, the host Valley Christian Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-0 win over the Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory Fightin' Irish.

With the win, Valley Christian advances its record to 6-2 on the season. The Warriors travel to Sequoia (Redwood City, CA) to face the Ravens in a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. The Ravens go into the test with a record of 8-6. Sequoia lost 3-2 in their recent league test against Aragon (San Mateo, CA)

The Fightin' Irish now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Ignatius College Preparatory for a West Catholic test on Tuesday, September 23. Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Centennial (Corona, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 8-5.
