The Trinity Christian Lions volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Sandy Creek Patriots to 1 in the Lions league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now possess a 19-7 record. They play next when they host Whitewater for a 3A Area 2 outing on Tuesday, September 23. Trinity Christian will play a Wildcats team coming off a 2-1 league win over Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 17-5.

With the loss, Sandy Creek drops to 6-16 on the campaign. The Patriots host Spalding (Griffin, GA) to play the Jaguars in a 3A Area 2 outing on Tuesday, September 23.
