The Whiteville Wolfpack topped the host Fairmont Golden Tornadoes volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Wolfpack now have a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pender for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 20. Whiteville will confront a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to South Columbus (Tabor City, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 9-3.

The Golden Tornadoes (0-9) will now prepare for their test against Red Springs (Red Springs, NC). The Red Devils enter the non-league test with a 0-5 record.
