In Monday's non-league contest, the Covenant Day Lions (Matthews, NC) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting High Point Christian Academy Cougars (High Point, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Lions battle the Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC) in a NCISAA Charlotte contest, on Tuesday, September 20. Covenant Day will attempt to better on its 11-5 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 9-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over High Point Christian Academy (High Point, NC).
