September 19, 2023: Kayenta, AZ 86033 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM) and the host Monument Valley Mustangs (Kayenta, AZ), saw Farmington's volleyball squad beat Monument Valley by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Farmington upgrades its record to 4-2 on the year. The Scorpions travel to Miyamura (Gallup, NM) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Friday, September 22. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Miyamura lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM)
The Mustangs now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Monticello for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19.
