Virginia High School Volleyball - Summit Christian Academy tips Hampton Roads Academy

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Summit Christian Academy Eagles (Yorktown, VA) volleyball squad nudged the host Hampton Roads Academy Navigators (Newport News, VA), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Eagles face the Norfolk Collegiate Mighty Oaks (Norfolk, VA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 21. Summit Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record. The Mighty Oaks go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Southampton Academy (Courtland, VA).

With the loss, Hampton Roads Academy moves to 0-1 on the year. The Navigators travel to Peninsula Catholic (Newport News, VA) to face the Knights in a contest on Tuesday, September 26. The Knights go into the contest with a record of 2-3. Peninsula Catholic won 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Christchurch School (Christchurch, VA)
