September 19, 2023: Aurora, CO 80012 The Gateway Olympians smashed the visiting Alameda Pirates soccer squad by a margin of 5-1 in Tuesday's league match.
The Olympians now sport a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Aurora Central for a 5A/4A Colorado match on Thursday, September 21. Gateway will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Skyview (Thornton, CO). The Trojans record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Alameda drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Pirates host Thornton (Thornton, CO) to play the Trojans in a 5A/4A Colorado game on Friday, September 22.
